Half a years progress, nearly 50 pounds gain!

Here's my 6 months progress
Before weight is 128 pounds and after is 174
First two pictures are from January
Third picture is 3 months progress
Last 3 pictures are now

Comments and critique would be appreciated

Hey dude i wanna lose weight am 6'1 207 lbs am broad and i got little muscle lots of fat. i find it hard to diet can you tell me if i should do cardio only or weights? thanks

Well it goes like this.You have to have a good diet,that is really essential for gains,so that means if you want gain you have to bite you teeth and do it

in time it would be much easyer and you will get use to it

As for training,weights and cardio...how long do you train?if you trained at all(gym that is) ???

i just joined the gym i dont train properly just went in yesterday and did random weights and 1km walking,

Na, I have always had acne. Its just gotten really bad on my chest and arms since last month.

All good bro, ****ing hate having acne. I want my body to look really nice so I can look good shirtless but the acne's really making my self concious about going shirtless in public. sucks

I smashed the ****tttt out of food and training and gained like 18 lbs odd in 6 months I think..

well I used to do heaps of long distance running before I started lifting and hardly ate anything so I found it really easy to gain weight once I stopped running and started eating

same thing happened to me I gained 20 pounds in like 45 days, although not as lean as i wanted xD

Maybe a little fast of gains, but who the hell cares you got bigger and that's what matters

Also, for the acne, maybe talk to your doctor and get a dermatologist appointment?
I don't know where you live, but it was free for me here
I got prescribed accutane and it was pretty hellish for like 5-6 months, but absolutely no acne on face or anywheres on my body now, and I had REALLY bad acne before.

As for acne, try getting some antibacterial shower gel and a mean scrubber, use it once a day in the shower and put moisturizer, that really helped me.

dude try eliminating simple carbs from ur diet.

i also had horri ble acne and none of medications cured it.

after experimenting a bit i found that my acne is caused due to simple carbs .

Bro, I had terrible acne. I got on accutane which I am sure you have heard of. People say its bad for you, but all you have to do is take it and not abuse it. It clears up any kind of acne by shrinking the oil glands. Your dermatologist will monitor it and make sure it causing no harm. Anyways I am completely cleared up now and its clears you up for good. Not a single break out or any side effects. Also great progress!

I have heard of it but my doctor recommended not using it if I'm weight training, thanks for input
