I just can't eat this stuff plain. Normally I put 1 tbspn of brown sugar and a little skim milk. Any other ideas?

EVERYTHING
Late night I normally add a tbsp of peanut butter for the casein protein.
In the morning, I normally add a bit of flaxseed oil and a scoop of strawberry protein with some blueberries
I've also experimented on a shake of H2O, protein powder, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, banana, flaxseed and a handful of raw oats. Damn good but the calorie count is probably circa 600 cal
