I am M.I.K.E, a regular miscer who just got banned by a mod due to fake report. I just want to create an awareness of how easy it is to forge PM or threads people you don't like and falsely reporting.

I called out GApump, who has 8k rep, for negging some new guy who just barely joined for some stupid reason. I thought this was pretty messed up because im just want to relax here during time off without seeing people bully little guys. That's what misc is all about right? having fun and chillin. GApump gets offended and negs me + reports me to mod.
The official ban message reads:
You have been banned for the following reason:

First off, I didn't send him any pictures or weird neg of any sort.
I thought this was pretty shady and ****ed up because 1) the mod was too lazy to check the validity of the pic. The link is to his photobucket account. 2) banned me based on GApump's words alone.
Lesson to be learned here is, if you want to get someone banned, use [.quote=username] and make it look like the message originated from them and report them. Apparently mods don't care to check and go based on your words. If possible, create a fake jpeg screen shot and upload it to your photobucket, and have the mods use it as evidence.
I would also like to mention that banning is a really stupid idea because all you have to do is change IP and it's like nothing ever happened. For respect I have for real miscers, I won't be trolling. Just wanted to let yall know what happened. that's all.
GApump, Zach53, you guys are bitches on MISC 4 life for picking on little guys with 10 rep power. Next time, lighten up and save your rep limits to use it positively for people who deserve it.
