Back pain after bent over rows

I think i may have pulled something in my back or reagravated an injury from wrestling season, i do not know were it is but it hurts like hell so ive had to stop my back routine, i have an appointment with a cyropracter on wednesday, its the right side of my middle back, So do you think i may have pulled a muscle or a bone injury??

Dude. Buy a foam roller. One of the best investments you can make in ur live. Just lay down with ur back facing the floor and move up and down for a self massage. It's gona fix any back pain for life.

You could have herniated a disc.
    Did your back ever round?
If these were pendlay rows then it is very possible that you herniated a disc.
With anything you do, if it hurts, don't do it.
Also, RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation)

I would just stop all lifting til you get better. Not worth getting more injured.

If it's on the right side it's probably the muscle. If it's not located towards the middle of the back up or down, it's probably not your joints or spine. I'm assuming you just have a strain in it. Chiro will probably massage it out, adjust you, and tell you to take it easy for a week or two and give you some stretches for it.
“You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"
