You can literally eat anything and gain weight how the fuk are you still below 100 pounds.A secret weapon of mass building for me is spreading peanut butter on whole meal bread. While seperatly these ingrediants arnt special, when combined they create a protein even stronger then steak protein.

what ur going to do is eat every 2 hrs, double what you usually do, primarily use nuts, eggs, bread, milk and chicken.
tip: eat 2 slices of bread and 1 glass of milk with EVERY meal
eat 5-8 times a day
gains will come fast

Dirty bulk = you get as many calories into yourself as possible, regardless of the macro composition of your foods (macros = fats, carbs, proteins), this often means high-caloric food like fast food
Clean bulk = you get as many calories into yourself as possible, but stick with a certain (favorable) macro balance (like a favorite in bulking is: 50% of cals from carbs, 30% from proteins, 20% from fat)
Lean bulk = the above, but you don't go all out on calories, rather you look at your basal metabolic rate (your maintainance calories, i.e. how much cals you need to stay as you are) and add 500-800 calories
Good luck, you certainly need it.
