    friend against cutting?

    im 17 im guessing im aroud 15 percent bf ive grown alot of muscle mass so im cutting now to show the results better but even tho cutting is fine my dumbass friend wnt shut up telling me i shouldnt be cutting cuz im young and still growing and only adults should and everybody agrees with him but i know his logic is dumb and he knows nothin about bodybuilding but what can i say to him to prove that cutting is fine at any age and any other arguements? Cuz like idk what to say cuz i didnt think anybody wud be so retarted to think cutting is bad

    how old are you? If you don't cut calories too drastically, and cut properly, ur fine.
    take 500 away from your maintenance and access from there.

    Also, staying lean(er) whilst bulking helps A LOT, just my 2 cents. Good luck with ur cut

    Following up with this OP. Pat is right, you dont need to cut. Depriving yourself of calories at this young of an age can hurt your body/overall growth.
