Which is cheaper and which would you recommend?
recently I've been going to a gym/pool type of place, kind of like a ymca, but different, and its too expensive to get in per day, so I'm wondering which I should get a membership at?
both are 24/7
both have 1st month fee
Not sure the price of either though.

So go take this so called tour and act like you are ready to purchase and then walk away. They can't steal the money from you. If they try some other shady shit like making you sign a contract before you see the price, then you know it's not a good business. If that's the case, i might even report to the BBB.

Texas, the current gym I'm using has 1 squat rack, 1 bench, and 1 incline, yet it has 30 running machines, and i've never seen any more than 8 of them in use at one time.
Luckily it's normally pretty empty so I don't have to worry about things being in use, except the occasional elderly man who comes in and does 2 pound dumbbells for 2 sets then randomly leaves.
but it's too expensive, it's $60 a month +25 the first month, but its not just a gym, it has an olympic sized pool, disc golf, tenis courts, and lots of other activities, but I have to pay $5 per entrance.Current/goal
Bw: 177/198
Bench: 155/185
Squat: 255/315
Deadlift: 300/405
Yet to compete.
