loading isn't needed but it's supposed to saturate your muscles with creatine quicker. loading is taking about 20g of creatine throughout the day a day for 5-7 days and drinking plenty of water. also once you're done loading, on rest days take it upon waking and workout days right after workout

Just do 3 grams a day for 3 weeks and you'll be at the same point if you had loaded, and you'll save money in the process.

Quit being so lazy and stop asking random people because chances are they'll be as lazy as you (look at that, not 1 source mentioned in all responses). Go to bb.com's main page and read the articles on supplements. Or follow a training guide; chances are they'll talk about creatine at some point.

The back of my creatine container on loading: "1 round teaspoon (5g) in the morning, afternoon, dinner, before bed. Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day."

Strong source is strong. Loading is a waste and causes most individuals GI distress.

OP- 3-5g a day most days with no loading and no cycling. Creatine-> not rocket science so don't over think it.

There is no need to load. The only benefit is faster saturation, but the negs out way that. Stick to 3-5g a day for a month and your golden. Drink your water as well.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.
