I'll post my routine if you want but what has helped the most is box squats and I just started doing sprint workouts on the track a couple weeks ago. This weekend im going to make a homemade sled and start using that
I dont do normal deadlifts I use a trap bar and do about 315. Squat is roughly 275. Im still weak since I didnt lift for 3 months during track season so I think once I get my strength up i'll be a lot more explosive

Cool, nice job. I ran a 4.45 as a sophomore in High School when I was in Track and Football. Good job keep it up.
“You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"

Not specifically hating on OP but in general High School 40 times are complete nonsense unless they happen at an official combine with FAT timing and what not. (SPARQ, NUC, UnderArmor).
Even many sports performance centers and the like usually dont have legit timing equipment or will pad times to boost athletes stock.
Everybody says they run a 4.4 but when it comes down to it a very fast high schooler will probably run officially in the 4.6 range.
Why do only the fastest NFL players run sub 4.5 when they get to the combine, and only a handful at each combine break 4.4?
Because the timing is for real.
What about elite high school athletes?
If you look on a High School recruiting website you'll see plenty of top prospects listed with 4.4s, 4.5s, even 4.3s.
But at the big, invitation only combines held by Nike, UA, etc. each year, with laser timing and hundreds of D1 Prospects, very few of these kids break 4.5, and maybe 1 or 2 a year breaking 4.4 and getting into the 4.3s for real. Anybody can grab a buddy and a stopwatch and say they run as fast as top NFL players.
Official 100m times are a good way to measure this too.
I can buy Sweatness' 4.37 as he has official 100m times 10.8 and below.
If someone doesnt run sub 11 for 100m yet claims a 4.4 or even a 4.5, they're probably lying.
And for all those wannabe Chris Johnsons out there claiming a 4.2 you would probably have to be in the sub 10.4 100m range for that to even be a possibility.
