I had a personal trainer and before I left him to go to my job, he had me working my legs three times a week. I am a female and I want to focus on my thighs. So is working the legs Monday, tuesday, and Friday okay? Or should I do it every other day? I ask because he had me thinking I should do it three days back to back but the every other day method seems better since this will help the muscle to recovery some. Any advice?

give it a try taking at least one day break between workouts. if you are eating well and sleeping you can probably recover fine.
I would however recommend you work your entire body, even if your thighs are what you want to work on the most.O35 and enjoying life Crew.
