Cock sauce (sriracha) has got quite a bit of bite too it. Not extreme, good flavour too.

Also, I forgot to put the Cholula in there...Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.

I know there was a thread on hot sauce just last week.... but here goes:
SRIRACHA. It's not that spicy, but the taste can't be beat.
^ no excuse not to get your egg whites in.
^ steamed veggies topped with sriracha, Thai chili pepper flakes, and some of this stuff:
not too spicy either, but also tastes like heaven.
Both make for perfect midnight snacks.

This stuff is the best. It is hot but it does't linger, and has great flavor.

I recently tried the green tabasco sauce. It's a mild jalapeño flavor I think.
So damn good on a burrito
I use chaulua on eggs and whatever usually chicken with steamed veggies
Also cool at target they have a crushed red pepper infused olive oilmy blogs

Big fan of Tapatio and anything with chipotle peppers in it... love the smokey flavor. Sriracha definitely has its time and place, just depends on what I'm eating.
