I'm just gonna get straight right into it. I've been on a cut for a week and a half now. I've been doing the Scott torn's cut program. I've also been doing HIIT cardio everyday. I've been eating really healthy, oats, fruit, brown rice, chicken, veggies etc and I've been controlling my portion sizes. I've been sticking to my macros and I'm eating about 1400 calories a day.
Anyways, before I started my cut I weighed 13 stone. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 13 stone 4 pounds!! I've been busting my ass in the gym with the weights and cardio. Eating really healthy. Why the hell am I after gaining 4 pounds in a week and a half?!
It's so discouraging. Ive been looking in the mirror and I can see some more definition in the top of my stomach. And my girlfriend even said he can see a little difference. But maybe my eyes are fooling me into thinking I look a little defined. Anyways, I want to know why I gained 4 pounds and what am I doing wrong.
