Anyone know the chepeast BCAA powder? I'm looking to take
5g serving upon waking
5g serving post workout
5g to 10g serving before bed
so I def need some cheap BCAAs. Any suggestions?

you can get unflavoured ones for really cheap, but they are just disgusting, so you need to mix them in something else.
recover-pro is one of the cheapest flavoured bcaa products

I read your review and will most likely be ordering that. I agree that it is just plain BCAA. I already get much of the others from preworkout supps, etc... so it's actually a perfect situation. Can I ask what you mean by faster recovery? For example, I noticed that it usually takes me 48 to 72 hours to recover from a heavy chest day. I'm looking to take BCAAs solely for that reason (to recover faster). Can you elaborate on your experience?

hmmm i duno, i was using bcaa before i started on recover-pro. i switch bcaa all the time. so i cant compare to without bcaa's. not sure about a whole day? recovery is very dependant on total calories too. for example when im cutting it can take at least two days more to recover from a workout than when im on a bulk. high calories and bcaa's would certainly reduce recovery by a day.
yeh just filled my shaker with water, and threw in a couple scoops.
