started at this 4 years ago (130 lbs)...
can't find shirtless pic
current (160 lbs) long time for progress but have fluctuated workout schedule...
Granted this progress took time but I am willing to put in the effort to reach a new goal, I just don't want to look dumpy. Iam thinking a 8-10% bf at 165 would suit my frame but suggestions are welcomed
