Here's the tip that comes to mind that I read about this AM: You have no idea what the judges will be looking for and what your competition is coming in at. If you did your work and gave it 100% there is nothing more for you to do.

Now it seems like the perfect time to have a little fun and enjoy what you worked so hard for. NICE JOB !

@ThePann, man I did 2 coats of competition spray tan the day before and then one coat the morning of. No oil, no other tanner.

5'11 154lb? You need to immediately bulk your weight is dangerously low for your height(jk not serious). At least that's what half of the retards on nutrition/losing fat section would say if they only saw your stats with no picture . On a serious note, you are looking amazing good job bro.
