Fat loss in a specific area?

I need to lose fat around my abdominal area, is it possible to focus most of the fat loss in that area or do you need to lose fat over the entire body?

Spot reduction isn't a thing, if you want to lose fat in your stomach area, you need to lose fat and hope that's where it comes off.

If you lose enough fat it will eventually come off your stomach, but that's determined by your genetics.
