G'evnin all'...Gonna do this again to keep myself motivated to keep cutting through the summer. Anyone is welcome to join. I think I have a very nice spreadsheet system in place here, which does more then just track total lbs lost. It provides some fun facts and stats, daily quotes, and in general has more info then it probably needs
The Rules:
- DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS JULY 1ST. I will not be accepting late entrants on to the spreadsheet itself as it is too much work to deal with so many late entrants. PLEASE ENTER ON TIME! You are welcome to hang out in here for motivation or for trolling purposes. :}
- THERE ARE NO PICTURE REQUIREMENTS.
HOW TO ENTER. Simply send me a private message with your name and current weight in the SUBJECT line please. (The proper format can be found below in the How to submit weigh in section)
HOW TO SUBMIT WEIGH-INs. Anytime on Sunday, preferably earlier the better, please send me a PM in the following fashion:
[your_name] - [xxx] - FAT LOSS COMP
| where your_name = your user name;
| xxx = your current weight
| Fatloss COMP = (put this at the end so I know this PM is related to the competition PLEASE ! THANKS!)
HOW YOU CAN GET DROPPED. You will be dropped upon two weeks of non submission. Simple as that.
Spreadsheet will be updated sometime on Sunday, and I'll usually make a post with the link, however I'm including the link to our current fat loss competition that is just about to end (which will eventually become the link for this competition).
Good luck all!

You do have a great spreadsheet. Really looking to up my total loss this time. Love to exercise, but the damn spotty dieting is like shooting myself in the foot. Love the Sam Adams Boston Lager a little too much on those hot, humid days. Still, I'll be happy if I can get under 260 to end this current run. I turn 55 in late September and I'd really like to be between 215-220 by then. Asking a lot I know, but I've dropped 45 or 50 pounds before, over a committed 12 week stretch.

In .
Current weight is 210lbs, 12 weeks ago i was 232lbs and have been using IF to lose weight pretty successfully.
I usually wake up around 6am, go to work and break the fast at lunch time (usually between 12-1pm) with something along the lines of a tuna sandwich, a banana, and a chocolate bar (which will be cut out from the 1st July). During fasting i drink water or sugarfree orange juice mixed with water.
I eat my last meal at 6-7pm depending on what time im home from work, these are my only two meals per day. For dinner i usually eat cooked meat, boiled potatoes, jacket potatoes or pasta, basically to get some carbs and protein in decent amounts, as for sustaining mass i dont really have much muscle so i will be bulking once this cut is over.
I work in construction which involves a lot of heavy lifting and constant work which is kinda like cardio.
I also work out 3x per week, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/legs/abs.
I also walk my dog 3 miles per night before i go to bed.
My aim by oct 1st will be to lose a further 20lbs.

Guys,
Hate to be a stickler, but I"m getting a lot of submissions where the name/weight # isn't in the subject line. I can't go routing through each message individually looking for info.
In the original post, I wrote this:
HOW TO ENTER. Simply send me a private message with your name and current weight in the SUBJECT line please.
Please do me a favor and just comply with the simple rule, as it makes my life 100% easier when entering data into the spreadsheet.
So yea, from now on, I won't accept any entrants if the submission isn't right. If you sent your info to me, and you don't see it on the spreadsheet, it probably means you didn't submit it properly.
Also, one last thing; your are responsible for making sure your starting weight is correct. I'm pretty good at getting stuff right, but there is definitely a chance for human error. Just check your name/starting weight and make sure it is right. If not, let me know, and I'll promptly fix it.

Hey, I'm totally in, I'm currently 194 and haven't really done much for about a month now, and I can feel my muscles getting weaker. I'm really motivated moving forward now, really hoping to finally getting rid of the mid-section and concentrating on developing a better physique. Also, is 3lbs per week reasonable, or should I be going for 2.
I tend to have a high metabolism during times when I'm working out, but I want to be losing fat and not muscle.
