Finishing at 175.5lbs. 29.5lbs in 3 months, not bad! Honestly, I never would have thought in July I even had 30lbs to lose haha. Time to get into single digit bf this time, lehgo! And awesome job to those who stuck it out the full three months.

Hey All! Well the competition has now come to an end. I would like to congratulate earthshieldlol for taking First place in both the most pounds lost AND highest percentage lost. Good job for you bro. You must feel 100% better about yourself. Runners up for second place was Punchmonk, followed by cmrock207.
Good job to you all. It was a blast to have to gotten to know you guys on a little more personal level and to watch you all striving towards your own personal goals.
With that, here's the final stats and graph and good luck in the next competition!
Started out with 1,921 pounds. We ended up at 1,757 pounds. Collectively, we lost 164 pounds total.
That's a total loss of about 8.5% overall.
The big kicker here is that the average person lost about 18 pounds. That's really impressive. It says a lot for what you guys accomplished.
Each person also lost an average of about 8% also.
Good job everyone!
And our final graph

Great work everybody who stuck it out. Can you believe we made it to October? Honestly if you asked me 3 months ago if I would have even made it to the end of this, I prolly would have said no. This website is such a hugely amazing resource and daily motivation to get out there and become the best you can be, regardless of where you're at in the process. I think the two most important things I have learned so far are consistency and patience. Never forget that even one cheat day can set you back a whole week of progress or more. I think it's so important to set realistic goals and work to meet them every single day. Never let yourself get knocked off the horse, but if it rears its ugly head and you do fall off, immediately get back on the next day and fix what went wrong before. Patience is a bitch, but like they all say, it took a long time to get out of shape, and it takes a long time (though not as long, if you think about it) to get back in shape. I still don't have the six pack of my dreams, but I know the next 15-20lbs are going to make that a reality. And it feels f'ing AWESOME.
Also let's get a round of applause for Krate for the work he put into this thing. You're an inspiration to a lot of people, and you really deserve a huge chunk of the credit for keeping us all motivated to keep going each week. You da man brotha! Hopefully see all of you guys in the Oct-Jan comp. Cause I mean who needs a New Year's resolution when you can go ahead and start in October?
Great work dudes and dudettes.Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.
