Drunk Jenga.
Have friends write drinking game rules on Jenga pieces. You have to do whatever the piece you pull says. If you knock over the tower you have to drink a beer/drink/"kings cup" kinda deal.

Someone asked me for a list of the jenga rules- the rules can be whatever you want them to be. You can use common King's cup rules(five fingers, heaven, questions, pick a mate, "drink drank drunk", etc) or you can make up your own rules, it can be anything you like. It's more fun if you fill out a handful and then every time you have friends play it have them write on some. Make it in the big cup, and its a race to finish your cup.

You know flunky ball? It's really common in Germany/Austria but only a few people knew it in the US when I was there. After I've introduced them to it everyone stopped playing beer pong and played flunky ball instead. I haven't been to a festival in Europe where no one knew flunky ball. For the rules, just google flunky ball rules.

Moose - place an ice tray against a cup. Designate what side is give, what side is take. Bounce a quarter at the tray and whatever hole it lands in is what you give/take. Make it in the cup and they have to drink whole thing.
6 cup - 6 shot glasses. One six sided die. First person rolls and fills up respective glass with whatever they want. Second person goes and if
#landed on glass that's full, drink and go again. Repeat until they land on an empty.
