Just wondered if anyone else had a view on this.
I saw Josef Rakich's profile on BB.com and followed the link to his home page. Seemed to look good, so paid $50 for what I thought was going to be a really specific meal plan.
I completed the reg steps and provided the following:
What is your main goal?
Body fat Percentage:
Daily activity level: *
If you suffer from any food allergies or medical conditions please detail here:
Any how, two days later I get the attached.. a singular days meal plan, based on more cals that the BB site recommends. No thought as to what supplements Im taking, which I'd assumed he’d ask for as those cals/protein requirements have to be factored in.
When I received my PDF, I also noted the file/meal plan was created on the 31st May 2010!!
So essentially I believe all he did was work out the cals, dig out one that he did two years ago and sent it over.
Now I have sent four emails asking him about this and asked for a refund – even on his site he offers a full money back guarantee.
* If you are not happy with your purchase i will refund you 100% money back guarantee.
Since then I have showed this to my local gym trainer who’s also a nutritionist.. He shook his head and said he’ll do a seven day one, including taking in to account all my supplements for free.
Not good value nor great customer service.
