So it all started when I was 16. (4 years ago) I joined up at the gym and trained for 3 months, 3 days a week. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing back then and just followed the instructions my trainer had given me, doing high reps low weight sets and not paying the slightest bit of attention to diet. I clearly told him my goal was to bulk up and I still hate him to this day for bullchitting me back then.
After seeing no progress for 3 months I quit the gym. Then I no lifed Runescape (http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u182/b0ggy/011.png - got 99 smith/agility after this pic) to the point where I got perm banned (srs). 2 years later I finished school and took a gap year. 24/7ed WoW for a whole year on my rogue http://eu.battle.net/wow/de/characte...3%B4cta/simple (giving it away for free btw-only if your a pro kunt) and achieved everything on that char within just 12 months. (achievements, invincible etc) Get on my level son. (no brag)
As you can see I was a freak at wow/rs. dedicated as fuk. Well that all changed exactly 1 year ago (day of firelands patch), end of june, thanks to my brothers friend (runescape buddy). Prior to the release of this patch my bro and his buddy had gone gymming quite a few times together and I joined up casually every now and then when I had no raid/was bored etc. This is when I started disregarding WoW more and more and hitting the gym more frequently.
On some random weekend we went clubbing and I made a deal with my bros friend, agreeing that if I end up puking that night, I'll quit WoW for good. Delete the game etc. Obviously I wasn't too serious about it, but I agreed. He mixed beer with vodka, jägermeister with jack daniels, champagne with wine etc. I was so drunk I did not notice it. Anyways long story short. I didn't puke. We went to his house, I needed water. He gave me pure vodka (srs). Puked. Game Over.
Deleted WoW the day Firelands launched and this is where my story begins.
I was always known as the small, cute kid with the dimple smile everywhere I went. I had enough of being that "small skinny" kid. My brothers friend had already trained for 6 months when I got started. I hate not being #1 at something i do, so I wanted to catch up to him ASAP with the weights he lifted. Since I was still doing nothing work wise (took a 2nd gap year) I had all the sleep I needed(maximum gains). My brothers friend was also in Frankfurt over the whole summer (studies in london) so we went to the gym every single day. He force fed me, motivated me, forced me to gym, spotted me, basically showed me the way to lift. It's only thanks to him that I have the physique I do currently (100% serious, no homo). As time passed my brother went gymming less frequently, therefore me and my bros friend (alex) more so often, together. I was just ok-ish friends with him before he came to frankfurt.Ended up being best friends with him at the end of the summer. Gymming now turned into my new addiction. I was hooked and had an iron fetish (semisrs).
Anyways enough of this bromance lovestory chit, here are my progress pics.
I have to add, I never weighed myself pre lifting, but I'm preeeeeetty sure I was at 52-56kg @ 180-182ish cm.

My first Progress Pic was Taken on the 24th of June at 59kg (When I started getting serious, after a month of half assed training, gym every 3 days max or so)

after 8 months of dreamer bolking I reached 90kg (chit loads of water retention). I grew a few cm too. @ 185ish cm(6'1). More to my cut later (3rd image in above pic)
july 2011-june 2012 for you:
Decided it was time for a cut after seeing my face like this (both left sided pics). Right pics are after cut.
I went full retard - keto. extremely catabolic aswell. Cut down to 76kg (completely dehydrated, with no water weight/glycogen stores) @ 8% ish bf.
Post cut I went on a clean bulk, got the muscle memory gains back + some extra gains + water weight/glycogen stores back up and shot up to 92kg 8% bf within 2 months (current)

For my progress I used a 3 day split routine. Biceps/back, Legs/shoulders, chest/Triceps. I usually went 5, 6 or 7 days a week. No less.The only long term rest period I had in the past year was in November for 3 weeks as I injured my shoulder through barbell bench pressing too much weight and having extreme forearm/wrist pain on every bicep day (had this for 5 months gymming though - until november)
In the first 8 months of lifitng my goal was to lift the heaviest weights possible (4-8 rep range). To the point where I puked (3times in 8 months) However, since my cutting diet post february, I learned that less is more, and went down on weight since it felt better for myself. I just increased reps to 8-12 and did 20% less weight or so.
Since I find fixed routine exercise plans useless, I won't be posting which type of exercises I did. Will type one up if requested though.
My diet for bulking consisted of everything. Oats, 2 shakes a day, Weightgainer for first 3 months, Peanut butter jelly/nutella sammiches, chit loads of milk errday, Döner (kebap), Burgerking, Subway, Pizzahut, McDees, Hard boiled eggs etc. I ate whenever and whatever I wanted.
To cut down I went on a strict keto. Absolutely no carbs, not even for breakfast. I ate pure steak/chicken/bacon/cheese etc with no sides, not even sauce. My only cheat meal was a protein bar every other day consisting of 20g carbs/40g protein per 100g. I also considered Coke Zero a cheat meal, thats how strict I was with myself, but I needed something that had a unique taste after a while as you eat strict monotone chit on this diet. Its hard as fuk at first, but after a week or 2 you get used to it.
to end my post I would like to mention that I will not deny having juiced, however I will not be answering questions relating to it either.
