4 series pull ups (15 / 11/ 8 / 6)
t bar row 4 series
hammer strenght machine pulldowns 4 series.
bent over barbell row 4 series
4 series hiperextensions
4 series barbell curl
4 series dumbell hammer curl

All I do is weighted pullups and dumbbell rows. I'm stuck at 90lbs weighted pullups, been there for 8 months. Any ideas? I do sets of 4, then followup with a superset/drop set of 80 for 3. I usually do 3-5 sets (of the of 7 reps from the supersets) depending on how I feel. My elbows have been hurting last couple months. Taking 10 days off didn't seem to help.
