All I do is weighted pullups and dumbbell rows. I'm stuck at 90lbs weighted pullups, been there for 8 months. Any ideas? I do sets of 4, then followup with a superset/drop set of 80 for 3. I usually do 3-5 sets (of the of 7 reps from the supersets) depending on how I feel. My elbows have been hurting last couple months. Taking 10 days off didn't seem to help.

Not gonna lie, i used to HATE back day. But now i love that ****. Been neglecting deadlifts for the past year though, started getting into them last week..........wish i never stopped
