ate the pound of chicken (weighed after cooking), took my multi, and drank the gallon of water in preparation to minimize the set back I will inevitably incur today...
Got 2 scoops of casein for this evening..
Any other suggestions to minimize the setback?

the best way to minimize the setback is to take a bunch of sleeping pills and completely miss this alcohol event.
