Just wondering, is it ok to wear thongs? I have heard rumours about wearing them and how they affect your calves or your knees or it affects your legs' blood flow. Can someone confirm this?
Wearing them outside workout, as in daily life (school, moving through my house, going out for a walk...)
*By thongs I mean flip-flops or sandals (or whatever you call them), not thongs as in g-strings.*

Thank god for that specification. There are also rumours that say sun gives you cancer. What you gonna do ? wear 4 layers of cloths during summer to stay safe ?
IMO its complete bull****. The oxygenated(clean) blood comes from the heart to your legs ,so UP to DOWN.The unclean blood returns from DOWN to UP. It should have absolutely no impact on the right oxygenation of your muscle tissue and leg in general.
