So true. Grizzlies terrify me. There is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you know, down to your very bones, that there is an animal within reach of you that could end your life in an incredibly messy and painful way. I know, I've been there. And the worst part is you should NEVER run from a grizzly even though that is your first and most powerful instinct. Your animal brain is screaming for you to escape but you have to overcome that. If you try to run you will get mauled or eaten. Already this year there have been two people in my area that were attacked by brown bears. IN TOWN.

Yeah that's what I figured -- variation. But now that I think about it more it seems like it also requires more upper body work because of the need to keep your elbows down, which probably activates the lats a bit? That would be something standing barbell curls don't do.

- I usually do more on the pulldown curls and incorporate much looser form, but I didn't feel like changing the weight.

- On the DB side press, I like to bring my elbow behind my back. DD preferred to bring it straight down to his side. I did some reps both ways.

I get a much different feeling mixing in an overhead biceps move. Has to do with one of the heads for more complete development, though I can't for the life of me remember which one.

Going out for the first time in awhile. was tired after work. Already had one monster/vodka. About to start my 2nd as i walk to my buddy's place so we can head to the "Europalace". It is a club that is pretty much frequented by mostly the military and german chicks wanting to hook up with military. If I remember the signs right.... Friday is "Black Beatz" (hip hop) night.

I'm mainly going out to get smashed. If i hook up, cool. My coworker is the complete opposite of me. Doesn't drink much. His primary motivator in life is to get laid. I can't fathom how he spends so much time, money and effort on getting ass (srs, he'll spend his entire weekend and most week nights driving [30 minutes each direction has been the shortest drive so far), going on dates and spending time to get laid.

Me? If I have to put forth effort, I pass. THere are times he was talking to girls and they brought up having a friend. So he showed them a picture of me. Then one or both got more interested in me. He'd offer to give me their email and I was like, ehhh.... too much effort. It dumb founds him. We are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum.
