recently i had been super setting deads with bench press on my upper body days...in fact 90% of my upper body routine is super setted.

    deads/bench
    decline bench/pull ups
    inc db bench/db rows
    few really heavy BB rows

    V bar pushdowns/BB curls
    cable lateral raises/rear delt flys

helps me get in a little bit of 'specialization' for lagging areas while getting out in a good amount of time.

Ive also done deads and bench - killer!
I've only super setted chest and back a few times, i normally superset things from the same muscle group.

    Pull ups/Lat Pull down
    Seated row/DB rows
    Deads/Close grip pull down.

Also i love supersetting shoulders! You do it?

nah i don't really have specialized shoulder work at this stage...i believe i need to waste my time with trying to do way too much volume. like i said, supersetting opposite muscle groups just helps get my upper body days done in good time while hitting all the angles/areas i want to hit. on lower body day i'll superset my quad work with standing calf raises.

    Sounds good!

Have you tried barbell curl/Hammer curl? That helps with the burn and pump
& bent over tricep extension/standing up tricep extension or skull crushers.
    Crazy pumps!

No, I haven't actually. Yeah working out arms is really fun for me because it's my best looking body part so I love the pump I get in the gym while doing it. Workin them "mirror muscles" lol. But yeah I don't do it often since it's my best body part, I should focus on other body parts that need work. Or else I'd just be one of those guys in the gym that only workout their mirror muscles.

Chest: Incline DB press drop sets with flat or decline flyes. So it goes like this: Incline DB Press: 90x8, 80x8, 70x8 ---> Flat Flyes: 55x8, 45x8, 35x8 ---> try to keep from blacking out and get ready for the second round.
