My left side is slightly larger than my right bc I have scoliosis (crooked spine). I've never compensated in training though. It's not so noticeable the more muscle I put on.

My left pec is larger than my right. I always thought I may have a physical imbalance. Maybe one arm is longer.

If your training is solely based pushups, then you probably don't have any serious muscle mass on your chest, hence why the muscle imbalance.

    These are dumbbells.

Use dbs, focus on form. Slow tempo, really try and feel the contraction at the top. If necessary, do extra reps for the lagging side.

I'd just add them after your main working sets, lower the weight and focus on just feeling the muscle contractions. I had the same problem, cable flys also help shape the chest as well. Don't worry about the weight. Focus on feeling the pec muscles.

Provo kontraktimet ngadalshėm dhe i qėndrueshėm muskujve. Pėrdorni njė peshė shumė tė ulėt apo kabllo rezistencės. Dorake do t'ju ndihmojė edhe jashtė muskujve gjoks. Kjo do tė marrė disa kohė, por ju do tė jetė mirė.
