    Treadmill - 4.0 Speed 10.0 Incline?

Is 4.0 speed with a 10 incline for 30 minutes a great LISS exercise on the treadmill for a 22 year old?

LISS is generally 45 minutes or longer, but otherwise yes that's a good example of LISS regardless of age.

I did something a little faster and on a steeper incline for a longer time after all my workouts in college, was a great way to burn cals in a decent mix of time and effort.

I am in great shape (also a collegiate football player) but I heard 30-45 minutes was good.

Also, if I don't do multiple gym sessions, I do just 20 minutes after my workout instead of going seperately and doing 30 minutes. Thoughts?

Well what is your goal, to burn fat? It takes about 20 minutes of LISS to start using fat as a primary fuel source and they longer you go (~45 min) the more effective it is.

To an extent, that's true, but the relevance of it is not what you'd think: http://alanaragon.com/myths-under-th...ed-cardio.html
