Hey everyone I know SOME of you know me some of you dont, but I'm a 54 yr old all Natural Bodybuilder just back from a Top 3 finish at Muscle Beach, trying hard to get Exposure & Increase my Visibility, I need some help from you! BK today my last cheat for a while back to the grindstone

lamar's Cinnamon roll with chocolate. Cajun eggs and Rice with 3 whole eggs 2 egg white and light roasted Coffee

Cooked the Upper / Mid back Today with my wife, Today starts her Journey to The Fitness Stage.

4 sets Wide Grip Pull downs 12 to 8 reps
4 sets DB Rows 12 Reps
3 sets Rope Tbar Rows 12 to 8 reps
2 set Barbell curls Crystal did 12 reps light, I did 8 reps Heavy
3 sets slow Close Grip Pull downs 10 to 7 reps
3 sets Low Cable Rows (w/ rest Pause ) 12 to 10reps
Crystal Finished with 2 sets Cable Crunches 15 reps

I continued with
2 sets wide grip pull ups 10 reps
2 sets Neutral grip Pull ups 10 reps
2 sets Chins 10 reps each

Post w/o is going to be Herb flavored Couscous with Asian Vinaigrette marinated chicken
