I read on some posts that buying the pills seperate is better since you can get higher doses, any ideas of what brands to get or what the best doses are

in which i reccomended the caffeine stack. i use the PM mainly so i can ask more personal questions about diet, lifting history etc. usually just the way i operate. sorry for the confusion

the typical dosage is 25mg of ephedrine, 250mg of caffeine and 100-200 mg of aspirin. This mix is very strong if you have never use any stimulant.

my wife takes just 4mg ephedra+a cup of coffee, she loves it and sweats a ton, i dont like the jittery feeling so i just take the coffee.

anyways they're easy to order from Canada, arrive in a week.

I like the EC stack.
Have used it twice now.

Can buy ephedrine from Popeyes in Canada, caffeine I use coffee.
Works really well I saw good results from it.

I actually take clen by itself sometimes, if its my 2nd workout on the evening and im feeling low in energy, yeah its really stong!

Ephedrine (if buying online generally in 8mg tabs)
Caffeine (200mg per 25mg dose eph)
Aspirin (has been shown in studies to not increase weight loss unless used in dangerous dosages IIRC)
Edit: I add green tea and L-tyrosine for metabolism and less hunger
