I am a chronic insomniac. No trouble getting to sleep but wake up 4-5 times a night. Seriously considering the melatonin route. Can't get it in Australia though.

Cool read. I usually set an amount I want to sleep rather a time I want to wake up at.
Since a sleep cycle is 1.5 hours, my alarm usually set at 7h 45 minutes (15 minutes to fall asleep!)
If I had to wake up at a specific time, I'd probably choose to wake up an hour earlier. That said, I still aim to sleep a specific amount each day.Not sure which self-massager tool to use?
