    noob..Need help! dont know what to do..bulk? pics included

    Hey im kinda of clueless i dont know what to do im 16 years old and 5'5 weight 154 but i dont got alot of muscle been working out for about 3 weeks,i worked out last summer then stopped for 10 months i just started again. i know how to eat heathy and stuff do you guys think i need to start a clean bulk or what do you guys think? i would really appericate the help! and what do you guys think my BF% is as a guess?

    Bulk, so you can get muscle mass, then cut! But try to do clean bulk , whit a good diet.

    how many calories you think i should eat? and i need help on the marcos lately ive been eating

    2000 calories
    110g carbs
    200g protein
    65g fat

    Your total daily energy expenditure is around 2.7k so I say go ahead and eat that amount while you bulk. Eat at maintainence and lift heavy. Fat will come off and you will build muscle. Bulk for at least 6months to a year before you decide on whether you wana cut. Being 16 I don't suggest cutting though. I'm 15 and made that mistake but will try to drop to 10% before bulking again :P. Cheers!

    Don't bulk!!
    Bulking will just make you fat seeing as you have >10% body fat anyways.
    Eat clean and around 2k calories... light cardio would also be recommended a few times a week.

    You have none to little muscle mass, pointless cutting when you have nothing there. I would guess you bf to be in high teens, 17+, although hard to tell with lighting in pics.
    Get on a strength program, lift heavy and eat a lot for 6-9months, then go from there.

    losing fat is never pointless, expecially when you're >20%
    it's pointless to try to be shredded and have defined six pack, because without muscle you will look a starvation victims before you can see any definition
    but someone with 20% body fat and more can cut to be at least 15% and he will looks BETTER, definitely BETTER, regardless of muscle mass, and then start a bulk from a better starting point.

    Besides if he is a beginner, cutting while lifting weight will results in muscle gains anyway

    Exactly what I said, once he starts a proper program with proper nutrition he will lose some bf and weight he does gain will be muscle mass. You basically just agreed with me. He can always throw in extra cardio if he wishes to lean down somewhat initially.

    If you absolutely do not want to put on any more fat then recomp or if you are comfortable with adding more size (muscle and bit of fat) then get your diet right and eat.

    ok well i weigh 154 i want to weigh 160 but without gaining much fat i just want more muslce and maybe in the future try for a six pack.
