    Depends on your weight the more FAT on you the more deficit you can be on, the less fat the less deficit.

    Why? because if you get on a high deficit and not having that much fat, you will lose muscle.

    Actually im not sure about this: some people take some anti-catabolic stuff and get on huge deficits to cut only fat fast, but this will destroy your social life, you will be tired/weak most of the time.

    Too big right now, probably about 1000. I've been slow cutting for a couple months, now i'm at roughly 13%, i'm eating 2000 a day after accounting for high intensity cardio (meaning i eat whatever i burn in cardio)
