I've been starting to workout since the April. I am 5.6 feet and I weight 65kg. I want to be grow in size and be more lean at the same time. For my diet, I've cut down on my carbo intake&I'm also taking whey protein during pre&post workout.
My workout days:
Monday - Chest&triceps
Wednesday - Back&biceps
Friday - Legs,abs&shoulders
Can I have some feedbacks/suggestions?

Why you dont want to eat carbs? are you 'carbofobian'?
Anyways, you dont have to eat carbs to grow, but you have to eat more calories to grow, how many calories are you eating daily? and you dont have to take your shakes before and after your workout exactly, you can take them anytime in the day, meal timing doesnt matter, anabolic window stays for 24 hours after your workout, just get in your calories threw the day, and make sure you eat atleast 2500 calories a day, and adjust accordingly to your gains..
