I've been starting to workout since the April. I am 5.6 feet and I weight 65kg. I want to be grow in size and be more lean at the same time. For my diet, I've cut down on my carbo intake&I'm also taking whey protein during pre&post workout.
My workout days:
Monday - Chest&triceps
Wednesday - Back&biceps
Friday - Legs,abs&shoulders
Can I have some feedbacks/suggestions?
