    pain side of head when working out

    Last week when squatting i was going for that last rep and i got a pain in the side of my head. The pain went away after a couple minutes but now during every workout the pain comes back whenever i go for the last reps of an exercise. I was reading it could be due to not breathing properly but this has just recently happened and its never happened before. I assume its due to not breathing correctly every rep but if their could be another reason please post.

    bumping because i dont know if thats the cause and im looking for imput on it. I was a assuming if it was a breathing issue it would have happened when i started working out not now. Also i read when someone gets an exertional headaches the pain is in the back of the head not on the side if the forehead

    It's you're breathing, don't hold it in. Remember to breath you creating pressure in you're head that's why you get headaches nnd when you breath normally the headache goes away is because blood is flowing
