    Stomach bulges out after eating!

    Why does my stomach bulge out after i eat?! My diet is very clean and consistent and my i have around 10% body fat. My core i strong, but my stomach just sticks out. How can i prevent this or when it occurs how can i make my stomach go back down?!

    OP: Since you apparently lack common sense, let me put it to you like this.

    When you fill up a water ballon, it expands. Think of your stomach in the same way, after it's done expanding, your food gets digested and it goes down.

    I know exactly how you feel! I've been seeing people commenting about this topic ( not useful at all ) -when you eat, your food goes to your stomach that's why it's bloated ( most seen comment ). However, for me it bloats abnormally. I asked my friends and family members how much their stomachs bloat out after they eat and none of them bloat out as much as I do. In the morning my belly starts out as 27 inches and the end of the day, it could extend up to 33-34 inches which extends over my breast. I really feel uncomfortable and i feel like I'm a pregnant woman! I'm only 17 but this has been happening to me for about 4-5 years already. Even a glass of water can bulge out my stomach! From my experience, the only way to make it bulge out as less as possible has to account on your intakes. Try eating slowly and stop when you don't feel hungry anymore. Don't it all your food quickly because it will make you feel like you need more food. You should feel like you're not too full after you eat. Me, myself prefer feeling not even full because my stomach will bulge out less. ( you eat even less ) Sometimes it has to do with what you eat. What you eat can cause gas inside your stomach so it bulges out. Bowel movement is also important. Constipation is also a key that explains why your stomach bulges out. Last but the least, try to stretch your body as much as you can. Try to focus on your abdominal area! Hope this helps (:

    maybe a bit lactose intolerant? I am. not enough for pain, but enough for some decent bloatage so i avoid dairy. rice milk for me... maybe try no dairy for a day and see how you look.
