i just received my package a few days ago from bsn with 5 samples of no xplode. i didnt expect that and will gladly use them all up and review them honestly. i tried the original no xplode blue raspberry back in 2006 and only the first serving gave me a pump. the rest of the bottle was another story. hopefully the improved no xplode can improve my workouts.


no-xplode 2.0- watermelon

mix ability=9/10
i took the whole sample package and dumped it into a 12oz shaker bottle. i didnt shake it as per the instruction but more of a swishing action. mixed well with that method.


taste=6.5/10
the watermelon flavor was there but had a strong candle flower smell mixed in. its kinda odd and didnt really like that part. taste and smell do effect each other. i have the bottle in front of me still and kept smelling it. i keep smelling it and its just something you dont expect. fragrance, flower, candle store mix.

i did take this on an empty stomach since the package says you will benefit the most by doing this. i took it 30 minutes or so before my work out. i decided i was going to work chest and to see if i could get a good pump from this product. i normally do not receive a pump on chest days. i noticed a feel of warmth and tingly sensation around my forearms and shoulders. this took about 10-15 minutes to feel after gulping down the bottle of no xplode. it actually lasted for a good amount of time and into my workout. i found that interesting and quickly look at the ingredients to see if it had niacin or something or that nature. it doesnt and i dont know what ingredients caused this. i felt some energy from this product and a slight pump on my chest and triceps. no pr were broken and the feel of my chest being engorge abit was decent. my workout lasted for about 75-90 minutes or so.

i have 4 more samples and would like too see if it can give me arm tightening pumps on back day. that should be the ultimate test, so more to come.

i gave a sample to my brother to test he gave the following results.

mix ability=8/10
taste=6/10
effective=?
he said it amped him up in the beginning or was it from watching the roy jones jr video. he said it made him shakey/jittery and did not do anything for him in the gym.

i still dont like the taste. the bubbles taste worst than the liquid. i gulped the whole cup down.

effective=7.5
i did not take it on an empty stomach. i took it 30 minutes or so before my work out. i worked out chest and triceps. i did get a decent pump going and had tons of energy this session. chest and triceps were feeling full and good. the workout lasted very long and took about 90 minutes+.

i have one more sample left.

i am enjoying the effects that the no xplode gives. i took another and did a back workout and had another crazy pump in my forearms. Good energy too for my very long workouts.
