I wanna get stronger just because I'll be able to do a lot more stuff.
I'm curious what are your thoughts on this.
Do you wanna lift more just to be stronger than others?
Do you get stronger to be competitive at meets?
Do you just feel better gaining strength? Do you just like how the weight looks on the bar?
What do you think about when you're in the gym? Do you think "I wanna lift this weight because x y z" or is it more like "I have to just do it"?
