A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

OK, now a little bit about me. I'm small, I've always been small, and most likely will always be small. I'm 5'9" and right now weigh in at 155#. It also looks like I will be the oldest logger for this go around with Evotest. Now for anyone who expects light wts and little effort in here, well you are in the wrong place.
I have played around w/ wts most of my adult life. I would usually lift about 6 months and then take off 5 years with no knowledge of what I was doing. Finally, somewhere around age 40, I became consistant working out. However, I have not been consistant on setting a real goal and sticking with the program. I have a history of joint issues, even before lifting. So, I really need to stay alert for any problems.
I am married to Shelia...23 years, no kids. I have worked for the Ky Dept of Fish & Wildlife for 26 years now. I love hunting, fishing (anything outdoors), and Kentucky Wildcats Basketball.
I was a rep for Promera for a year and a half until this March. Since then I have just lingered around in the gym and here at bb.com waiting for an opportunity that fit me. I found it. Hopefully some big things will happen during the duration of this log.My current log

And, we're off............
Until the arrival of the EvoTest I will be just taking some of the odd & end supps I have around.
Today, just a no name pre workout that I don't think they even sell at bb.com anymore.
DEADLIFTS
135# x 5
225# x 4
305# x 2
335# x 4
335# x 4
335# x 4
335# x 4
375# x 2
Unfortunately, I was not feeling it today and stopped here.
SKULL CRUSHERS
65# x 10
65# x 10
65# x 10
ROPE PUSHDOWNS
95# x 10
95# x 10
95# x 10
Not too good. But, on a bright note....if it weren't for these bad days you couldn't have the good days. I miss the EvoTest and haven't even tried it yet. LOL
I just polished off my post workout meal of whole wheat spagetti w/ ground turkey, buttered whole wheat toast, cantelope, and milk.My current log

Thanks. Got to love it when someone comments on your workout before you finish adding the pics.
Actually no. We (our county) built a new Rec Center w/ gym last summer/fall. They had someone who really knew his stuff plan/purchase the equipment. I still have room to grow. In our old gym I did "stack" a 20# over the 100# and pulled it for 10. We have 125#, 130, 140#, and 150#'s.My current log
