Alright I've been lifting for about a year now, bulked from 140- 185 and I've been on a cut now since April down to 167. I still haven't reached my desired bf % I'm around 12 I think but I start my full time summer job Saturday working construction. Do you guys think I should start a bulk again so I have enough energy and food to get through the work day and still hit the gym hard? Or should i continue with my cut for another 4 weeks till around 10% bf?
