Snizzle77's Journey to Being Shredded: Spring -> Summer
Hello all. I'm not a big social media person (only bb.com for trolling), but I've been in a funk and feel this will give me motivation to stay committed to getting my body back to prime shape. Work and school got in the way, diet strayed for the worse, excuses ensued.
I have tried many things and done a full 8 week contest prep previously, and have concluded that my body works best with a paleolithic diet (I will also have eggs). I will cycle carbs, and adjust loading days based on what I feel I need.
I will update this thread with daily diet, workouts, motivational pictures, songs I listen to, thoughts, etc.
My goal is to beat my previous PR's, pound for pound.
