    Misc rate my progress (1 yr, almost natty)

    Wanted to bulk up and get a fuark ton stronger. Still bulking until I get to at least 215. Been eating like 4-5k a ****in day for months.

    Lifts have gone up and i noticed i gained a lot of lbm. Opinions? Been trying to add cardio to my routine but its hard to keep at it on a full stomach 24/7.

    I'm on a 20/20/60 protein/fat/carb diet. Carbs give me energy to stay motivated and lift. I get about 300g of protein a day on that too. My friend set it up for me he knows whats up.
