Wanted to bulk up and get a fuark ton stronger. Still bulking until I get to at least 215. Been eating like 4-5k a ****in day for months.

Lifts have gone up and i noticed i gained a lot of lbm. Opinions? Been trying to add cardio to my routine but its hard to keep at it on a full stomach 24/7.
