i have been doing this sh!t for 10+ years and looking back it was one big life killer... theres so many other things u can do with ur time then devoting every second of the day to lifting and fuking getting in meals.... now im not saying that lifting is dumb , but what i am saying is people devote way to much time to it...
i missed on numerous social outing for gym , i wasted my life for this sh!t
brb gym , brb eat , brb gym brb eat
its a fuking WASTE OF UR EXISTANCE... GO OUT LIVE UR FUKING LIVES STOP PUTTING SO MUCH EMPHASIS ON GYM AND GO HAVE FUN!!!!
cause at the end of ur day ur not gonna remember the days u went to the gym... it will all just be 1 big blur , u will remember the fun u had in ur life , the great nights , great days ...

Agree. I love going to the gym but I don't stay home from parties to go workout or not hangout with people because I am too busy "going to the gym". Also I don't eat right at all, eating is just too much fun sorry. Still get my macros in though.

Actually most of my time is spend on eating, whole day basically. How could I spend less time gettin in 4000-5000 calories?

You're right OP. I'm gonna stop hitting the gym for an hour a day, I mean, I can go on and on about the social events I know I'm missing out on in that frame of time!

lol i don't take it that serious but i love the physical and mental benefits of it. so i keep doing it. 4 days a week. 6 hrs in the gym total weekly. i just make sure i get 4 hearty meals a day and im good. don't see myself taking it any more serious unless i want to add cardio.
