Thanks swoosh your no weakling yourself!
Thanks snake!
I'm in on those tshirts!
These kinda show my falling off the wagoness... Good thing I got a grip before the damage was too serious. My concentration camp diet has me down to 145 this am. Instead at the 153 I was weighing in after the el gordo weekend. These will serve as my new befores have some friendly competition going on at work and home with my brother. The plan is 1700 cals by April (swimsuit season) so hopefully I'll hit that much sought after 135 by then! Well that's the plan and the whole competing bit I just don't think I'm ready for that and am not gonna commit until I am.
If you scroll back to the last progress pics (back two pages) I think my legs have gotten leaner and arms fattier which it is usually the other way around. Is it possible that I have changed where my fat gravitates towards. hmmmm...Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Squats look good to me. You're going to have some forward lean - if you want to get rid of it some, you could try going to a higher bar position but I can't really tell where you have the bar racked from that angle. But seriously, everything looks pretty good on those. The one thing I would suggest is not to waste so much energy walking the bar out of the rack! 2-3 steps to set yourself and then squat!
Next time you squat try to get one from the side and one from the back, the only other thing I'd like to see is how your knees move/track in relation to your foot position.New log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144101461

Squats look pretty good to me. Some of the 205 reps were a tad high, but depth was real good on the 185 set.
At first I thought that waist band on the top of your pants was a pink powerlifting belt. A girl strapping on a belt then busting out a set of heavy squats would be about the hottest thing I've ever seen. Have you ever considered using a belt?Powerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5
