Really fackin pissed today and it messed up my whole groove. Went to the evening class yesterday for my double wod. Haven't been at the 5:00 in forever. I finished 2nd behind one of our other guys out of like 30. So in my last round my shirt was drenched I took it off to complete my run. This guy who I had seen in there a couple times , just smiled at never have talked to, said THIS ISN'T VICTORIA SECRET PUT YOUR SHIRT BACK ON. I told him to kiss my ass in the snottiest voice I could find. The guy was working out in jeans and a tshirt and was walking the 400m!! He replied YEA I MIGHT TAP THAT TOO. Anyways I was so livid I told my coach he was being a dickhead loud enough for the whole gym to hear and when he didn't ask why I left. The guy continued to talk to some other dudes in the corner about how I was overreacting being a bitch what have you. It took everything I had not to walk over there and hit him square between the eyes.
Well later that evening my coach text and asked what happened I told him he said it was completely unacceptable and he would take care of it.
FF to lunch class today one of the female coaches (who sucks az by the way, but it's not relevant) came up to me and said Wait I wanna know what happened. Well I said that guy (insert name) She said oh sh!t that guy why would anything he says offend you. srsly that guy why would you even get mad laughing in front of the whole class. This point I'm fukin perturbed. Why ask if you don't even wanna know what was said!! Then laugh it off! Once she finally stopped talking over me I told her not very nicely what was said. She then said that she probably would have gotten mad too.
Anyway... she texted me later and apologized said it was just a knee jerk reaction.
Long story short I got a key and will be going at 5:00 am. I think I need a break from 'the group'
This all happened before my lifting session and as you can see the rage didn't help me much.

It was pretty bad. Supposed to be 5 rounds but I got distracted by d*ckhead so I left. Oh I ended up stringing two again last night forgot to write it but yes some days there on some days no. I rarely get them on first attempts though.
Hey swoosh... I'm wearing my new shorts in the vids. yoga flow ll. They left the theft sensor on my other ones they are blue. I'm gonna have to see if someone in my mall will take off. and here is my jacket it was cold today!! In TX I know! I think the weather peeps did it just so I could wear it. It is a 4 I think I should have gotten a 6 but oh wells, I'll probably never be wearing a regular bra with it.
Then I got a green dry wicky green top and a built in bra light purple one.

True story, I hope so. It just makes me sad. Because I am vocal ie get sh!t out right then and there and don't hold grudges for weeks or talk behind your back. I get labeled a b!tch and so when people just jump on the over reacting band wagon it p!sses me off. Because he's a guy and I'm a girl, it's okay?! 50%$ of our guys don't wear shirts. It's kinda like the crossfit uniform get over it. I already am self conscious about things like my stretch marks I don't need you adding to it thanks when I'm just here to work out.

i am glad that both of the coaches understood this. it sounds like the female coach is used to dealing with the jerkwad but didn't expect that he was *that* much of a jerkwad. i hope he's booted, frankly.
i saw your heavy squats yesterday on youtube. you are a ****ing BADASS and i wish you would powerlift and bust some records. just me being selfish for the world of powerlifting.

Was failing on dips second round bad was triple kipping up so I just took it slow and put up my weights in between sets 20:00 got me 12 of each on the second round.

completed 3 rounds, got the double unders on the fourth
Handstand Walks/ broad jumps.
So it's safe to say I have almost completely diverted from the program :P Gonna keep in as much of the strength as I need through the next 2 1/2 weeks. Think I am going to stick to am's. At least 3 times a week. It will allow me to pick up my kid earlier from school since I come into work an hour earlier, I'm gonna leave an hour earlier. all good advice there geek and I think that's exactly where she was at. I have a bad habit of lashing out before I digest, but usually the digest part just makes me angrier... I love squats they are not prejudice you either get it or you don't. I wish life was that simple lol... I wouldn't mind doing a meet just for fun but my bench sucks like bad!! Dunno what happened it's like I forgot how. I left globoin with a 175 max and repping 155. Started crossfit no benching was seen... Picked it back up almost a year later and I don't think I have hit 135 for one yet. lulzy! Really need to buckle down on that before I attempt any such thing. Plus there is nothing around us I would have to travel to dallas (5 hrs) to do one. I think that is a little too committed for a 'just for fun' meet. ie I don't sumo low bar or wide grip bench anymore... So I'm sure I would not be competitive.
Don't think he will get booted but reguardless I'm gonna early morning wod until I get my patience back.
True story I was thinking of this as well Nice!! yea, now I know. I wear like a gazillion different sizes in all there stuff. pants/ shorts 4-8s. shirts 4-6s. Bras 8s (I don't even have boobs I guess my chest is wide!) I'm like pick one you jack rabbit.

REST DAY! I'm all sorts of sore my mid back has the DOMS for sure probably all the chest to bars. Gonna take the lil one to the park Here's some piccies from our Dallas trip this past weekend.
Our hotel had a rooftop bar and infinity pool that looked out over the city. It was so cool and relaxing wish we could have spent more time there... Should have fixed my swimsuit and flexed but I didn't want to risk falling to my death See I do haz fats!

-I like to workout super early for the same reasons you do- saves me a couple hours later in the day to get sh!t done. If I'm up at 5am it's to workout, and nothing else. So if I don't do it then, I basically lose a couple hours during the day. Just seems the most efficient. Plus there's less d-bags in the gym.
