    @ raigs won't happen again! Ha I don't mind picking things up while on rest sets but that was ridiculous. Ill just go get one of those lil boys and tell them too.

    Not sure what to say about treatment. I would let it subside by not irritating it and see what's left, but you might want to have it checked out by somebody that actually knows stuff about wrists.

    I'll get it together in all fairness if I hit my chest I hit the rails. It was a bad setup. The rail below would have crushed me!
    This is why I don't BB bench. Lowest safety = would crush me, next one up = can't get full ROM. I've tried putting plates under the bench, but it feels a bit wobbly and then I also need to put plates under my feet because they don't reach the floor. It just takes too damn much time to set all that up.
