Haha I love the first one!
Thanks snake!
Really?! Nuh uh. Haha the one time I was being lazy and didn't readjust I did the first two sets without the box so I went lower. When I switched to the box because they felt heavy, I didn't readjust the safties (because they are a pain, lesson learned). Woopsie!
Thanks lady got to! When I was in gymnastics, when I was younger, and busted alot I would always finish back up with something so you don't get that mental fubar when you go back.
good with the bad right matercakes?
I did I did thanks drea.
and to you
Yes spanky pants when are you coming back full time?-
Hope everyone had a good one. I eneded up getting sick on Sunday! Bleh chills fever sore throat headache horrible. Just know getting to feeling better just the throat is left. I sucked it up for the fam.
Back in the gym today hopefully. It is freezing here!Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Thanks so much for this. It is hard to know where to begin when really trying to up your weight but I am looking into powerlifting gyms in my area as a better alternative. What books would you recommend I read on the topic....I seem to hear a lot about Starting Strength as a good intro into heavier lifting....?? Anyone else want to chime in it would be appreciated as well.
Love the videos!! How do you get rid of your little one during all of it, LOL?!

thanks it was aight!
I did!
That book I think is the most recommended. I personally did not ready any books got all my info off of here and then cross researched online. My MIL usually picks the lil one up from school and watches him til hubz or I get him. If that does not work I have a lil gym at the house limited capabilities or I take him with me they have childcare.
I am not a 100% but getting there. Head and nose stuff left!
What I have to listen to the heat there and it was 20 today with the wind chill 11! Is that not cold?! We have gotten up to 70 mph winds here not even exaggerating! Dust bowl city!
windchill 11 count?
It was acually by definition freezing
