Really?! Nuh uh. Haha the one time I was being lazy and didn't readjust I did the first two sets without the box so I went lower. When I switched to the box because they felt heavy, I didn't readjust the safties (because they are a pain, lesson learned). Woopsie!

I really don't do a lot of cardio now just heavy weights five six days a week for an hour. I think I do a good job of implementing compound lifts short rests and super sets to keep my heart rate elevated through the whole hour so I'm sweating at the end.

If your nutrition is in check its definitely doable that is the magic and lifting heavy of course. Check out the sticky under the nutrition tab for calculating macros and calories. Stay consistent and bam a lot can be achieved in six months.

    Good Luck!
Thanks so much for this. It is hard to know where to begin when really trying to up your weight but I am looking into powerlifting gyms in my area as a better alternative. What books would you recommend I read on the topic....I seem to hear a lot about Starting Strength as a good intro into heavier lifting....?? Anyone else want to chime in it would be appreciated as well.

Love the videos!! How do you get rid of your little one during all of it, LOL?!

That book I think is the most recommended. I personally did not ready any books got all my info off of here and then cross researched online. My MIL usually picks the lil one up from school and watches him til hubz or I get him. If that does not work I have a lil gym at the house limited capabilities or I take him with me they have childcare.

Awesome, killer workout. What are the press handstands that you mentioned?
