Yes two!! One I acquired from work we have been friends for a long time and she is up to 180 lbs at 5'4 begging for help she has tried on her own for two years. We've been at it for 3 weeks the other from the gym she comes and goes.

Have had like 4 "incidents" with people there, but one time this dude in the sauna started a convo with me, but since I time my sauna time in 10 min increments when the clock changed I was like dooood I gotta go, I'm specific about my sauna time! So my long break has given me some motivation good!! I kinda went a little co coo in Dallas with the eats. So it's time to reign that in for the double christmas party I have on Saturday. You know you are in trouble when you order el gordo especial. "fatty special" and a side of pancakes but it was so good. So I am up from my 143 to 151. Gonna be super strict until Saturday. 1400-1500 cals. Then switch up to 1800 until summer time.

Back tonight maybe I'll get a vid but I feel weird asking my lifting buddy to take a video of me then I have to explain why?! Ah wells.
