Have had like 4 "incidents" with people there, but one time this dude in the sauna started a convo with me, but since I time my sauna time in 10 min increments when the clock changed I was like dooood I gotta go, I'm specific about my sauna time! A few chicks have talked to me in the hot tub but I find it very awkward to have same sex conversation in a hot tub, not sure why but I do!

Damn that yummy, punishing, yet tasty substance! I hate hangovers, my plan lately has been to have 2 drinks on the weekend, then eat something substantial to soak that up, then get high and drink lots of water until bed. lol!

JUST 2?! That's when the party starts. Yup I have never tried the later.
semi but still cool.
I tried back to normal today only took 9 cups of coffee
Thanks CC I had a much needed break.
What up cuz!
haha!
dirty minds up in here
I see it now P crushed by her kiddos!
So my long break has given me some motivation good!! I kinda went a little co coo in Dallas with the eats. So it's time to reign that in for the double christmas party I have on Saturday. You know you are in trouble when you order el gordo especial. "fatty special" and a side of pancakes but it was so good. So I am up from my 143 to 151. Gonna be super strict until Saturday. 1400-1500 cals. Then switch up to 1800 until summer time.
Back tonight maybe I'll get a vid but I feel weird asking my lifting buddy to take a video of me then I have to explain why?! Ah wells.Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Woot! A Boom sighting!!!
That fatty special sounds delish! Too bad it just doesn't fit into the daily calories of a cut diet... I would be all over that shiz. (meanwhile I've been fitting a piece of birthday cake into my daily cals every day since last Wednesday thanks to me and hubs having bdays 2 days apart - the proteinz count at the end of the day is no good...)
Happy Monday Boomz - glad to see you back! Please join me on my journey to find balance:
