I threw the link in my sig. This will be more of a mini-log because I've already been running Alpha for a while and didn't start the log until it kicked in. I'm posting it more to document the before/after numbers and such. I've not gotten 505, but really haven't been working on DL lately. I'm running a Smolov Jr in attempt to get my embarrassing bench numbers up to par, funny my DL is going back up again anyway though.

Did do legs, chest today. I have started "training" a friend at work who has been working out with me so the majority of my stuff has been lower weight higher reps and big ROM.
Called the boob doc. I have just been kinda blah with no real idea where I am going training nutrition wise. I feel so lost without an end game if that makes any sense. Scale is holding at 144. Planning on doing a "mini-cut" until the holiday parties are over. I have seriously been thinking about competing just because it is my nature and there is an obvious end game. I am worried about the muscle I'll lose/ fat I'll gain while recovering. 8 week progress pics tomorrow, I'll share. Going to go catch up with yall. Sorry for my lousiness in your journals. Hopefully things should slow down soon.Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

Hey Boomer!
I always feel lost without a goal in mind as well. I've been lost for a long time now! Kind of kills my motivation, but you know... Competing would certainly make things interesting! I think you'd do awesomeTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Hey Booms!
Your end game should be whatever you want it to be. If it is compete, then compete. If you don't know what you want to do, like you said, either cut or just keep it clean as you can through the holidays. Otherwise, keep your end game changing. Set a goal whether it be a certin lift you want, a certin activity like you did with the tough mudder or simply set a goal to kick ass every day but I know you already do that
Remember, whatever you do, I can be around to put foot-to-ass to keep you going
Me, I just want to get back in the gym. That's my end game for the time being. Thursday marks 2 months since I have even seen the inside of a gym and I feel and look like death, warmed over and set out to cool again
Check back on ya soon. pm if you like.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

What's the boob recovery time? I've thought about that too...not being in the gym while recovering from either boobs or jaw broken.

Nice progress. You definitely made some awesome changes. Looks like you have leaned out a tad. How far apart are those pictures?

They say it takes a village to raise a child. In Boomtown it takes a Boom to raise a village
You're a good mom and sister - it's so hard to be a parent to one child let alone many of such varying ages. Seriously - I hear you on all of the stuff you have to go to - the kids have too much going on between weekend bday parties and crap at school. The county board of education won't stop calling the house to tell us about various school stuffs - it's driving the hubs crazy the phone rings so much lately now that we have one in Kindergarten.
Meanwhile, we all just keep juggling and trying not to drop a ball (or at least not too many!)
PS - Latest progress pics are awesome. Hams are amazing. Belly or lack thereof - amazing. Looking great!!!Last edited by marathonmom262; 11-14-2012 at 11:00 AM.
